Tipical restaurant in the tuscanian tradition.   

Romana's cucina, is in the true tuscanian tradition.

Fish and seafood come fresh from the sea.

Mushrooms, truffles, guinea-fowls, pigeons, wild bore, hare and lot more make your stay become a real gastronomic experience!

Crostini (liver paté on toasted bread), affettati toscani (mixed tuscanian ham and salami), ribollita (bread soup), fiorentina (grilled T-bone steak), panzanella (bread and tomato salad) and cipollata (onion soup) are only a few of the tipical dishes one can enjoy at the Castello.

Some of the seasonal specialities are: cinghiale (wild bore) in umido, tagliatelle al tartufo, ceppatelli (boletus) alla griglia, lepre (hare) in salmě...
