At our restaurant  we have been serving Tuscan dishes for over half a century. From local salamis and ham to Ribollita (a tuscan bread soup), from Pappardelle al sugo di lepre (Pappardelle pasta with a hare sauce) and Pappa al Pomodoro (a typical tomato mash) to Girarrosto (various meat on the rotating grill over wood fire), we are very proud of our traditional cuisine. For us, a traditional dish starts from getting the best local ingredients. Then we use the same process of preparing and cooking which our grand parents used and finally we serve the dishes in a space which reflects the tuscan way of living.

The large rooms with their vaulted ceilings or the garden terrace are a perfect venue for romantic dinners, work lunches and for aperitifs and parties. The large capacity of the restaurant is ideal for visiting groups or wedding receptions.
